Wait for the fresh anointing from the Lord.
Leaves were made to fall after they have fulfilled their part. To hang on is hopeless. They are shriveled and are not able to function anymore. When the Spring sun comes they will only taken up space and don't have the substance within them to produce sugars again. A new leaf is needed.
Christians try to hang on to the old ways, because that is what they know. The old ways worked back then but they won't work now. We live in a new dynamic and we need approach things in a new way. We need the fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit. A tree has a system to provide life for the next growing season. Notice there are buds all over these branches. These buds will provide new leaves that will function and produce life.
We can't save up what we had from God in the past. We need a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit each day.
Wait for the fresh anointing from the Lord.

Lamentations 3:22,23
The LORD'S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions "never fail.
They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness."

Turkey Vultures roosting
Came across some Turkey Vultures roosting at Ha Ha Tonka State Park in Missouri.
They fly around together in the morning, before they go to their areas. They also circle around before they roost at night.
They eat mostly dead meat. By eating dead meat, they help clean the environment, clening up diseased animals.
