Red Buds in the Wild
Walking through these rough woods I was not finding any Red bud trees and then I came across these. I walked back and forth through the woods to find the right place to take these photos and this, I think, is the best place to take these photos.
Isaiah 58:11
"And the Lord will continually guide you,
And satisfy your desire in scorched places,
And give strength to your bones;
And you will be like a watered garden,
And like a spring of water whose waters do not fail."

Beaver Activity found in A New Area for Me
This tree was cut down by beaver but why didn't they not eat or use the branches?
Dam built across the creek.
Cut tree stumps
Tree girdled by beaver but not finished.
Matthew 4:3,4
"And the tempter came ans said to Him,'If you are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.' But He answered and said, 'It is written, Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'"

Chinquapin Oak
Here is a Chinquapin oak with an unusual branch that harbors a bush growing out of it.
There is a predominance of Chinquapin oak leaves below the tree that gives me the confidence to call it that.
John 3:3
"Jesus answered and said to him, 'Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.'"

Old Wagon and Barn
Jeremiah 6:16
Thus says the LORD,
"Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths,
Where the good way is, and walk in it;
And you will find rest for your souls.
But they said, 'We will not walk in it.'
