Deer Stand

I came across this deer stand between 2 Cottonwood trees. There was an abundance of deer tracts in the snow. So I am glad there are deer hunters here to keep the herd in check. These woods are hard to see far in the summer and the deer season is in November so most of the leaves would have fallen. The archery season lasts into mid January of this year.

Without hunting there would be an avalanche of abundance of deer. With too many deer there would be damage to the forests because of over browsing.

Psalm 84:5 "How blessed is the man whose strength is in You,
In whose heart are the highways to Zion."
